Our company with its original name – Koleje Czeskie Spółka z o.o. –  was established in November 2006, by transforming Main Representatives
of České Drahy in Poland into commercial company.

Our entity started activity on 1st of January 2007. 
Its 100% owner is ČD Cargo a.s.

The first freight train was launched by Koleje Czeskie on 31. March 2015.
It was carrying scrap metal from Petrovice u Karviné to Częstochowa Mirów.

In November 2017. during the consolidation inside the group ČD Cargo a.s. decided to change the name Koleje Czeskie Spółka z o.o. into:
CD Cargo Poland
